Chapter 1Putting the magic back in your life!
"Don't be afraid your life will end;
be afraid that it will never begin."

Have you ever experienced one of those magical moments when the moon, the stars and the planets seem to be in perfect alignment? When everything is going your way? A time that is so perfect, you never want it to end?
Sure you have. We all have at various times in our lives. During those magical moments life was sweet.
It may have been the joy of completing some challenging task or the birth of a child. It could have been the creation of something that was uniquely YOU. An artistic or creative endeavor that only you could have done. It may have been a sudden insight as to your purpose in life.

Through the mass media's advertising blitz and academic institutions we were told that more money, more power, more and bigger everything would fulfill us and make us happy. As we approach our middle years, many of us are finding that we have been sold a 'bill of goods'.
Sure, many of us have the trappings of success. We have the big house, the new cars, the latest toys, but something is missing.
We find ourselves working harder and longer than ever before. There is increased stress in our lives and more never seems to be enough.
Many of us are living our lives on automatic pilot. We are doing the same things and chasing the ever more elusive goals of success and happiness, only to find that they are not there when we arrive.
We have reached a stage in our lives when we are beginning to wonder, 'Is this all there is?'
Ever increasing numbers of us are feeling that there has to be a better way, but we are not sure what it is. In this book we are going to show you
